Compliance

How Outback Lifting demonstrates compliance for conductor rail and radio remote control equipment supplied in Australia.

01 — Conductor rail

Type-tested by TÜV Rheinland, evidence on request

Our conductor rail ranges are type tested by TÜV Rheinland to EN 61439-6:2012 and supplied with an Outback Lifting Declaration of Conformity issued under AS/NZS 3820:2020. The supporting technical construction file — certificates, full type test reports, flammability testing and sample inspection records — is available to a regulator, certifier or your engineer on request.

Conductor rail is industrial-exclusive equipment. It is not in scope for the Electrical Equipment Safety System and carries no ACMA-regulated function, so no EESS registration and no RCM mark apply.

Remote Control Compliance

Remote Control Compliance

Outback Lifting maintains Australian compliance documentation for the industrial radio remote control range it supplies.

Remote controls are control components. They must be selected, installed and commissioned by a qualified crane technician or licensed electrician. The complete crane or machine still requires suitable safety devices, isolation, emergency stop circuits, limit switches, overload protection and site-specific risk assessment.

Product supply is subject to final model confirmation, label verification, release documentation and application review.
