A complete three-phase-plus-earth system inside one enclosed housing. IP54 protection, 50A to 180A, in a compact profile suited to dusty workshops and tight installations.
- One housing, four poles. Phases and earth run in a single enclosed duct instead of four separate rails, for a faster install and a tidier runway.
- Built for dirty environments. IP54 without the collector fitted, IP23 in service — a real step up from open rail where there is dust, swarf or overspray.
- Type tested by TUV Rheinland to EN 61439-6:2012, report CN26P6D8 001, overall result pass, with current TUV and CE certificates issued July 2026.
- Suits standard Australian crane supply. Supplied for installations operating at 500V or below, which covers the 415V supply used on most Australian cranes.

Applications
Compact crane runways, workshops with airborne dust, paint and fabrication shops, monorail and transfer systems, and any installation where an open rail would collect debris. Indoor installation.
Confirm the site operating voltage when enquiring: this system is supplied for installations at 500V or below. For sites above 500V we supply the DHV / DHBV copper range instead.
Other versions
The standard system is the 4-pole DHG56 in a PVC housing. Also available on request, with a longer delivery time: a 5-pole version (3 phase + neutral + earth) and an aluminium-housing version. The TÜV type test and our Declaration of Conformity cover the standard 4-pole system; we confirm the documentation for other versions at quote.
Ordering
Send us the runway length, supply voltage, crane current draw or motor kW, and the number of poles required, and we will size the system and quote it. Installation and connection must be carried out by a licensed electrician in accordance with AS/NZS 3000.
Available current ratings
50A / 80A / 100A / 120A / 140A / 180A. Quoted per metre of runway with the accessories required.
