A flat, compact rail built for automation rather than cranes: multi-shuttle and mother-child storage systems, RGV ring shuttles, sorting lines, monorail trolleys, and inspection and production lines. 4-pole and 5-pole, 120A and 150A, rated for travel speeds up to 360 m/min.
- Designed for speed. A design speed of 360 m/min, built for automation duty cycles rather than occasional crane travel.
- Fits where a crane rail will not. A flat profile with 20 mm pole spacing, in 4-pole or 5-pole form, for tight envelopes inside racking and conveyor structures.
- Five poles when you need control or data. The 5-pole version adds a spare pole alongside the three phases and earth.
- Aluminium-based stainless steel conductor. A stainless contact surface for wear resistance at high cycle rates, on an aluminium base for conductivity and weight.
- Non-tension system. Assembly clamps at 500 mm centres on straight runs and 400 mm on curves; the rail does not rely on tensioning to hold alignment.

Send us the runway length, supply voltage, crane current draw or motor kW, and the number of poles required, and we will size the system and quote it. Installation and connection must be carried out by a licensed electrician in accordance with AS/NZS 3000.
