Copper conductor rail for overhead cranes, hoists and monorails. Single-pole sections are assembled into 4-pole or 5-pole systems on site, in current ratings from 50A to 300A, including light-duty 50A and 80A sizes that most systems on the Australian market do not offer.
- Copper through the whole range. Copper conductor from 50A to 300A — hollow copper profile in the light-duty 50A and 80A sizes, solid in the larger sizes — for lower voltage drop over a long runway and cooler running under load.
- Sized for the crane you actually have. The range starts at 50A, so a single light-duty workshop crane does not have to be fitted with a 90A system.
- Type tested, not just claimed. Type tested by TUV Rheinland to EN 61439-6:2012 covering temperature rise, dielectric withstand, clearance and creepage, degree of protection and flammability. Overall result: pass. Report CN26MOCR 001, available on request.
- Finger safe. IP21 protection, inside the IP2X minimum required for indoor installations under AS/NZS 3000 and AS 1418.12.
- Fire performance. PVC housing rated UL94 V-0; glow-wire tested at 960°C and 650°C, above the 850°C AS 2420 requirement.
